Graduates of AAA Learning Institute will earn a Certificate of Completion Facilitator Training Program. This certification demonstrates your competency to guide others through transformative wellness practices, though it does not grant legal authority for the use of controlled substances.
To join the Oregon Facilitator Program, you must be at least 21 years old, a GED or higher and complete a state-approved training. You don’t need a medical or therapy background. We welcome anyone with a passion for holistic healing and personal growth.
Our program offers flexible learning paths: standard, accelerated, and distance learning options. The standard and distance tracks run 11 weeks, while the accelerated track lasts 6 weeks. Classes meet three times a week with 2-hour live online sessions from 6 PM to 8 PM PST, plus self-paced modules. Each week includes discussions, role-playing exercises, and reflective assignments.
A 5-day practicum, on a Saturday – Wednesday in Eugene, OR is required for Oregon State licensing, providing hands-on experience to prepare you for professional practice.
Distance learners may complete their practicum with future cohorts if needed.

Basic Requirements:

Prior Experience:
You may qualify for up to 40% credit towards core training hours if you have previous relevant professional experience or training. This includes fields such as facilitation, therapeutic services, mental health, or group leadership. Documentation of these credentials is required to determine eligibility for accelerated credits.
Program Expectations:
The accelerated track is intensive and requires a strong commitment. Students must complete coursework and attend live online sessions three times a week while balancing self-paced modules and assignments.
