Everyone has a story. My role is to help people rediscover their strength, resilience, and the tools to create the life they deserve.

Robb Icely brings over three decades of expertise in emergency medicine, public safety, and specialized training, making him an invaluable leader at AAA Learning Institute. His career is marked by a deep commitment to service, education, and the empowerment of others on their healing journeys.

Robb began his career in emergency medicine, earning his Paramedic certification from Columbus State Community College in 1992, followed by his Firefighter Level II certification in 1996. His leadership skills and dedication to excellence led him to serve as a Preceptor for basic and advanced EMTs, an EMS Liaison and Field Training Officer, and later as an EMS Coordinator for Pleasant Valley Joint Fire District. His contributions to emergency services were nationally recognized in 2012 when he was awarded the prestigious Star of Life by the American Ambulance Association, honoring his lifetime commitment to EMS.

Beyond emergency medicine, Robb has cultivated a diverse and impressive skill set, including his certification as a Master Dog Trainer from the National K9 School for Dog Trainers. He has trained service dogs and supported law enforcement K9 units, demonstrating his passion for discipline, training, and transformation.

Robb’s personal and professional journey has led him to focus on trauma recovery and holistic healing. As an alumnus of Save A Warrior, he has dedicated the past three years to healing from C-PTS/PTSD and supporting others in their paths toward recovery. His mission is to help individuals reclaim their lives through structured, intentional healing, with or without plant-based medicines.

With a strong foundation in mentorship, structured healing environments, and leadership, Robb fosters an inclusive and non-judgmental space where students can grow, learn, and find their own path to personal transformation. His unwavering dedication to empowering others and his commitment to lifelong learning make him an exceptional guide and mentor at AAA Learning Institute.
