What is AAA Learning Institute’s Facilitator Training Program?

The AAA Learning Institute Facilitator Training Program is a Transformative education course. It is multi-format and designed for aspiring facilitators. It is also suitable for professionals in mental health, wellness, and therapeutic practices. This program integrates cutting-edge knowledge, best practices, and hands-on experience for those seeking to elevate their facilitation capabilities.

No specific licenses or prerequisites are needed to enroll. Applicants must be 21 years or older. They must also have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience with non-ordinary states of consciousness or education in holistic practices is encouraged. We offer three programs to best meet your needs.

Distance Education Program: Practicum is scheduled in a different cohort to accommodate travel needs and/or budgeting. Tuition is $2,995 with an extra $1,000 due when the practicum is scheduled.

Accelerated Program: Only available for students with qualified pre-existing education. Their experience allows them to bypass up to 40% of the classes.

Certification and Specializations

Upon completing all program requirements, students will get a Certificate of Completion for Facilitation. Graduates are also eligible to sit for the Oregon Facilitator Licensing Exam. Additionally, the AAA Learning Institute offers optional continuing education opportunities in:

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with priority consideration given to early applicants.

Certification through AAA Learning Institute does not offer legal authorization for use outside Oregon’s legal framework.


Course Delivery and Structure

  • Weekly Live Classes: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Interactive 2-hour sessions.
  • Supplementary Materials: Access to readings, videos, and other resources.
  • Recorded Content: All lectures are recorded and available for review.
  • Interactive Community: Online platform access for networking and peer support.

Students must finish the required practicum to graduate successfully.


Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition is $3,995 for all program formats. Payment plans are available through third-party providers. Scholarships may be available through the Sheri Eckert Fund for those demonstrating financial need. Refunds are offered per AAA Learning Institute’s policy, with deadlines based on program milestones.


Continuing Education Credits

The AAA Learning Institute offers continuing education opportunities. Students can earn extra certifications to expand their qualifications. Contact the administration for details on CE credit eligibility.


Time Commitment

Students should expect to dedicate 12 hours per week, including live classes, and independent work. A five consecutive day, in-person practicum is mandatory for program completion.

Fall Cohort: September 22, 2025 – December 5, 2025 (application deadline September 7, 2025)
