The story

Why this school exists.

In 2022, Jen Snyder lost her fiancé, Marcus, to suicide. Traditional therapy helped, but parts of her grief stayed stuck until a personal experience with psilocybin became a turning point. First responders and veterans gave her a place to grieve and rebuild.

The mission

Prepare facilitators who understand safety, trust, informed consent, and human connection.

Jen founded AAA Learning Institute in 2024 to prepare facilitators who lead with ethics and care. She also founded Hero Heal Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that supports first responders and veterans.

Her background spans sleep medicine, histology and pathology, funeral services, and the Las Vegas coroner's office. That healthcare and end-of-life experience shapes how the school teaches consent, boundaries, and trauma-informed practice.

The school does not issue facilitator licenses. The state of Oregon issues licenses after training and state requirements are completed. The school does not provide psilocybin, sell psilocybin, or conduct sessions.
